Q. What happens with the first Free Art consultation.
A. First we will discuss your requirements over the phone or via email.
We will then arrange a convenient time to see you for your free art consultation. The average on site consultation will take 20-30 minutes but can take over an hour according to you. We know offices are busy places so our art consultants want to be as efficient as possible. But if you have the time. then we do to.
Your Art consultant will do a survey of your offices and take some digital photos.
The art consultant will then show you a range of original art in real life, on computer and from our catalogues.
We will endeavour to finalize your order on the first visit or use ArtSitu fotomontage to show you work on your walls digitally to help and other decision makers choose.
If necessary we may make subsequent visits until we find the best solution for you.
Our aim is to make the process of choosing art for your offices as easy and simple as possible.
Please note that not all of our Art is available to rent or lease. Certain pieces are for sale only.
Q. How do I know if I should buy or rent art?
A. Your art consultant will be able to advise on this. Their are considerable advantages for companies to choose to rent art.
Q. How can we get an idea of how the artwork will look on our walls without you bringing it here?
A. Your art consultant will explain that we use Artsitu photomontage. Our system allows you to view the art digitally before you make your final choice.

We just need some digital images of the areas and walls you need art for. Your art consultant will carry a camera to do this.
Q. We need some very large pieces of Art, can you supply?
A. Yes we specialize in Large Artwork to Rent or Buy. Your art consultant will be able to show examples of many other large artworks that our artists have completed for clients.
Q. What if we need to commission some Art according to our own specifications.
A. At least 30% of our Artwork is commissioned by clients especially large scale artwork.
You just need to brief your art consultant about the art you require and he'll help you choose the best artist for the job.
Please note, commissioned Art is not available to rent and is for purchase only.
However, it may be possible to spread the payments.
Q. How long is the Art rental contract for?
A. Our Art rental contracts are usually 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.

Q. Is there a minimum order ?
A. Our minimum order is £1,200.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We are mostly art consultants for London and the Home counties, however we can travel to other areas of the UK if required. Please Ask.
Q. Are your Artworks also for sale?
A. Absolutely, Yes. In fact our Artists prefer to sell than rent for obvious reasons. Your art consultant will also explain our Rent Art to buy scheme.
Q. Who delivers and hangs the Artwork?
A. Your art consultant will always deliver in London and the home counties and will personally supervise or install your art - Hanging must be discussed in advance with your art consultant as consideration must be made for location of the art and building regulations etc.
Q. How often do you change the pictures?
A. Normally we rotate the artwork every 3, 6, or 12 months. We are flexible on the issue of rotation and will rotate the according to your needs. Your art consultant will contact you 3 weeks in advance of the change over with suggestions for your new art.
Q. How are the pictures secured to the walls?
A. We use a variety of hanging systems and will choose the most suitable in agreement with you.
Q. Where do you source the artwork from?
A. We source our artwork from a wide range of established artists and talented emerging artists, from the UK and Internationally.
Q. What is the style of the artwork you rent or sell ?
A. We supply artwork that ranges from Modern to Traditional. Please see the Galleries on this site for some of our range.
Q. Can you choose the art for us?
A. Yes our art consultants are experts in choosing the right art for every environment.
Q. When are rental payments made?
A Quarterly in advance.
Q. Are there any other costs?
A. Delivery and installation costs are extra. This will be £12 per artwork within London and the home counties.
Q. Is the artwork insured?
A. Usually the Art will be covered in your normal building contents insurance.
Your art consultant can provide you with a certificate of value in case you need to make an extension.
Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept payment by Direct Debit, electronic transfer or cheque (we will invoice you each quarter).
Q. I have a property/offices abroad that I need art for?
A. We have provided art for dozens of private homes and offices abroad.
